Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MySharm collects when you book an excursion or a nightlife ticket, why we collect it, and how it is used.

What We Collect

To process a booking we collect your full name, your WhatsApp phone number, your hotel name and room number, the number of adults and children, and the trip or event date. If you choose to provide it, we may also collect an email address for booking confirmations. We do not ask for or store your passport number, ID number or any government document on the website.

Why We Collect It

This information is used to create your booking, generate your booking reference and QR ticket, arrange hotel pickup where applicable, contact you on WhatsApp about your booking, and allow our staff to check you in on the day of the activity.

Payments

MySharm does not store your card number, expiry date or security code. When online card or Apple Pay payment is available and selected, your payment is processed directly by our licensed payment provider, and only the payment result (paid, unpaid, failed) and a transaction reference are kept in our system.

Who Can See Your Information

Your booking details are shared with the specific operator running your excursion or event, so they can prepare your pickup and welcome you correctly. Our own staff can see booking details only when logged into the admin system, and access is limited by role.

How Long We Keep It

Booking records are kept for accounting, customer support and legal purposes for a reasonable period after your trip. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, unless we are required to keep it by law, for example for financial records.
