Do I need to create an account to book a trip?
No. You can book any excursion or nightlife ticket without creating an account — just fill in your name, hotel and WhatsApp number.
How can I pay for my booking?
You can pay cash to our representative at your hotel, or online by card or Apple Pay when this option is enabled. Your booking confirms first and payment is arranged separately.
Is hotel pickup included in the price?
Many excursions include free hotel pickup, shown on the trip page. Some hotels in remote areas may have a small transfer supplement, which is always shown before you book.
What is the QR code on my ticket for?
Your QR code is your ticket. Our staff scan it on the day of your trip or event to check you in — you don't need to print anything.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Most excursions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we'll help right away.
What should I bring on my excursion?
Bring sun protection, comfortable shoes, swimwear for sea trips, and your passport if the trip page asks for it. Full details are listed on each trip's page.
Are your trips suitable for children?
Many excursions welcome children and show a child price on the trip page. A few activities like diving or long safaris have a minimum age, which is always noted before booking.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my trip?
If the operator postpones or cancels a trip for safety reasons, we will offer you a new date, a different excursion, or a full refund.
Do I need to bring my passport?
Some excursions, such as trips to national parks or border areas, require a valid passport or a copy of it. This is shown clearly on the trip page before you book.
How do I find out which party is on tonight?
Check the "Tonight in Sharm" section on our homepage — it automatically shows today's main event and any other parties happening in the city.
Are transfers included for nightlife events?
Some nightlife events include hotel transfer and others do not — this is always shown on the event page along with the pickup schedule and any transfer price.
