Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every excursion and nightlife ticket booked through mysharm.com ("MySharm", "we", "us"). By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

Bookings and Prices

All prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and are confirmed at the moment of booking. Prices may change from one day to another, but the price shown to you when you confirm your booking is the price you pay for that booking. Some excursions require a minimum number of participants to operate; if the minimum is not reached, we will contact you by WhatsApp to offer an alternative date, a different trip, or a full refund.

Weather and Operator Decisions

Sea trips, desert safaris and some other excursions depend on weather and sea conditions. The trip operator, and where relevant the Egyptian maritime authorities, can postpone, shorten or cancel an excursion for safety reasons, including strong wind, high waves or a sandstorm. When this happens, we will offer a new date or a refund. MySharm and the operators are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, official restrictions or events outside our control.

Documents and Identification

Some excursions, in particular trips to national parks, protected islands, or border and checkpoint areas, require a valid passport or a copy of it. Please check the requirements shown on the trip page and carry the requested document with you on the day of the excursion.

Conduct and Safety

Guests are expected to follow the instructions of guides, boat crews and safari drivers at all times, particularly regarding safety equipment, protected marine life and desert areas. MySharm and its partner operators reserve the right to refuse participation to a guest whose behaviour endangers themselves or other guests, without refund.

Liability

Excursions and activities are operated by licensed local operators. MySharm acts as a booking platform connecting travellers with these operators. Participation in water sports, diving, quad biking and similar activities carries an inherent level of risk, and guests take part at their own responsibility, following the safety instructions given on site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in local regulations. The version published on the website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
